Swiss Pedagogue. Helped Install the Prussian School Model as the State Indoctrination Camp Worldwide

One of the Reset Class that helped develop and install an education model for a centralized world government. Zurich was ground zero in this arena and Scherr follows in the generation that picks up where Johann Pestalozzi leaves off. Basically its more like a state brainwashing camp that teaches memorization over intelligence and trains for obedient citizens and civil servants. He also started a school for the deaf and blind in Zurich in 1825.

Most of the information available on the web about Scherr is only about 3 or 4 paragraphs that parrot each other on every page. Less than half dozen pages. Although he was a prolific writer that holds an important role in history of modern education very few of his works have been translated so researchers have to pick through the weeds looking for second hand clues unless you can speak whatever dialect they spoke back then.

Most of the language they spoke in the area back then was German, some French. The sources I have to use are regarded as common knowledge but most nothing has been translated…every time it gets passed along it changes, names get dropped. It is fortunate the ones that have at least been digitized.

New Bio for Scherr

I was able to get a new source translated for posterity, hopefully this new information will help any future researchers the way it has helped me in my understanding of how things have gotten to the point they have. It is a 20 page bio printed in 1901 by the authorities that followed in the school he started, I mean they are biased at the least. That being said it still corrects a few mistakes on the parroted pages and fills in a few holes in the record and drops many other names of contemporaries, each one its own rabbithole.

Translation programs still have a little more development to be completely useful. I spent a few weeks focusing on finding a decent translation service with mixed results. Most would not translate, several were partial, just enough to get a basic idea, and one or two docs that were sufficient. His works are all written in that scrolly calligraphy style Olde English German and the translating scanners just pick up squiggles

Scherr, born 1801 Hohenrechsberg comes from a family of teachers and farm/manufacturers and was placed in some pretty high places at a very young age, which suggests he is part of a generational long-game. The state education model was such a game, along with the special interest project of ‘education’ of the blind and deafmute community.

Rechsberg was located in Schwabia, which is todays Germany. What they really mean is Prussia. This guy refined and inserted the Prussian Model of free public education, so when they say Germany they are saying Prussia.

Scherr was only 20 by the time he was appointed charge of the Royal Institute for the Deaf and Dumb. Scherr is the one given credit for connecting the deaf mutes to the blind institutes. His first publication Precise Instruction for Teaching Deafmute Children to Understand Written Language, without the use of artificial facial expressions. indicates he ran with the oralist camp, exaggerated facial gesticulations are a part of signing, you dont just use only hands, its a full body experience. This is different than lipreading.

After a short period as an elementary teacher, S. was employed in Gmünd in 1821 as a teacher for the deaf and blind. During this time, for the purpose of further training in the field of teaching the deaf and dumb, he entered into a personal relationship with the government and school councilor Johann Baptist Graser in Baireuth, to whom he undertook a journey.

In 1825 he was offered a position in Philly but chose to stay in Zurich, check to see what headlines are happening over there. Penn State Institute was one of Americas First. Scherr was offered the position of head of the deaf institution there from Breslau.

Scherr traveled around many parts of Switzerland, the institute he went for a short time to teach was at Schwabisch Gmund. What I mean is its hard to tell for sure its the same school, many have different names for the same place that get mixed up in translation, in 1825 in Schwabisch Gmund open up the Pedagogical Hochschule (PH) the University of Education. Ignaz Thomas Scherr (1801—1870) founded an institution for the deaf and dumb and blind in Zurich. He would go on to reform the whole elementary school experience and be involved in general education throughout many cantons in Swtz for many decades. Holding various titles of perceived authority, he always seemed to be the person in charge of a new educational complex. All these new state sponsored schools were popping up and he was sent to each one to help it get established.

Modern commentators also talk about how he was unsure he would get the promotion bc of a disagreement over the location of Institute, he voted for a diff jurisdiction, the new bio tells us that the location he choose was strategic in nature more like a military decision than one made for convenience. The location was probs already chosen a long time in advance and Scherr just said some virtue signalling but impractical location. On second thought I dont think he was virtue signaling, his strategic location was for reals, I mean he really wanted his teacher training academy’s to be isolated out in the wilderness. He also was the first to implement the Class system based on year, age-grouped grades instead of personalized progress one-on-one teacher time.

Scherr took up office in the recently vacated building of the local Templar chapter, the Johannite Commandery, Order of St John, Hospitalers, Knights of Malta… they are all the same thing. Its more likely he didn’t so much as move into a vacated office as just took the position under a new name.

There was internal power struggles. You have the aristocrats, (Resetters and Inheritors), and the clergy, (Jesuits/Templars), all vying for their pecking order. They are often at war with themselves, they keep this within their own ranks and the Orphan class doesnt know anything about it. The so-called September putsch that took place in 1839, prompted by the appointment of David Fr. Strauss to the chair of dogmatics at the University of Zurich, gave the conservative party the power to overthrow the government there and to oust the liberal elements.

Many of the Institutes board members were against Scherr, whether political or religious, he was under attack the whole time; called names and spread rumors. Mainly by the conservative clergy, they said his new state method is all theory and their method is based on reality, they had the most power so far time-wise and fought the change. The Board of Directors took immediately to making new laws, which legislators enacted with out question (as if they have any real authority anyway) One of the new laws was in regard to approved teaching materials, Scherr said all materials only had to be approved by the board of ed, he was shot down by a Dr Keller who said all materials must be the same, not just approved but identical throughout the whole bitch, the beginning of the standardized test.

Another law they passed was the testing of the teachers themselves. Many of the old teachers were unqualified and fired, this created tension among the Orphan class against Scherr and the system itself. That he reformed the elementary school system almost single handedly ruffled some feathers. He was supposed to have been elected to a lifetime position at the seminary however in 1839 he was removed from office and given one third pay and by 1840 he was dismissed altogether.

Scherr married 1844 the German Wilhelmine Feez from Frankfurt, who was eight years his junior. Scherr’s second marriage remains childless. 

When Hs. Georg Nageli once attended Scherr’s
lessons, he said: “It is a bitter satire that in Zurich the blind and deaf-mute are so well cared for while thousands of sensible and able children are growing up without formal instruction leaves.” This must be from the Reformer camp that used child welfare to manipulate politics. He is well aware that the deafblind project was Intel so providing cover for one while victimizing the other kills two birds with one stone.

Some reasons may include his opposition to child labor. Scherr observed how performance at school was affected for children forced to work the night shift and made a few enemies within industrial/manufacturing circles. His report illicited a child labor edict to be issued by the local govt and he was given escorts home after Education Council meetings.

Scherr received his immediate dismissal from his office as a result of his radical views, which he expressed in the “Pädagogischer Beobachter” that he edited. Now S. returned to Sonnenberg near Winterthur, where he later ran a small educational institution, then in 1843 he moved to his country estate on Oberen Hochstrasse in Thurgau for a few years. Here again from 1852 to 1855 he was given the opportunity as President of the Education Council in Thurgau to have an influential role in the educational system there.

In the meantime, the circumstances in Zurich had changed in favor of a freer direction with regard to administration and education. Scherr’s like-minded people came back to directing public affairs, which S.determined to return to Zurich; Here he was still able to continue building on his long-interrupted work and to work successfully on the realization of his pedagogical ideas until his death.  His merit lies in the “psychologization of teaching”, i.e. in adapting the teaching methods to the needs and possibilities of the children- of course always determined by the State.

Scherr is a highly respected man, who has already been awarded a doctorate by the University of Tübingen in 1840. From the year 1860 onwards, Scherr’s reading and textbooks were in use at all levels at the elementary school

Professor Hottinger and his report on the state of rural schools 1829 led to attention of the reformation movement inspired by the Paris July Revolution (Great Reset event). Johannes Scherr

Tommy Ignaz was a brother of the well-known cultural and literary historian Johannes Scherr opened their own deaf and dumb prep school in 1843. Scherr was born in 1849 because of his work in the Stuttgarter Democratic Association sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, after which he fled to Switzerland.

During the Revolution of 1848 Scherr was at the head of the Democratic Party. In speeches delivered by him in 1848-1850, he defended the unity of Germany. His participation in a popular meeting in Reitlinger served as a pretext for condemning him to 15 years of imprisonment in a strait-house. He was forced to flee to Switzerland, where he devoted himself entirely to literary activity until 1860, when he was invited to the Zurich Polytechnic as a professor of history and history of literature. The canton of Zurich had on March 18, 1831 , a radically liberal constitution put into effect , realizing popular sovereignty , freedom of belief , freedom of the press , freedom of trade and commerce , separation of powers , secularization of the educational system and other liberal postulates . This ‘regeneration’ went back to a popular movement ( Ustertag ) that had been called  into being by radical and liberal opinion leaders in 1830 . Zurich was one of seven Swiss cantons that were named after the July Revolution of 1830. 

At the beginning of 1832, a part of the victorious “radicals”, allied with the representatives of the countryside against the dominance of the city . As a result the demolition of the city fortifications was enforced , which was considered a symbol of urban power and the demarcation between city and countryside . The leaders of the radical movement were Conrad Melchior Hirzel and Fredrich Ludwig Keller .

Although he rejected the unwanted offer of help, he was unable to prevent the rumor from  spreading in the countryside that Bernese troops were already on their way to suppress the protest movement in order to “eradicate the real religion “.

On the 5th On September 18, 1839, the pastor Bernhard Hirzel  from  Pfäffikon let the bells ring in a storm because he believed  the rumors. Under the battle cry “Forward, who is a good Christian!”  the peasantry moved to the city of Zurich under his leadership . At the  morning of the 6th September met approx . 2000 armed men in Oberstrass  near Zurich . The government had been in session since 4 a.m. and sent two  representatives to Oberstrass to appease the country folk and persuade them  to withdraw. However, its leaders demanded a petition to hand over to the  government, and also wanted to be fed . After this mediation attempt,  the  government barricaded itself near Paradeplatz and had the  area cordoned off by Colonel Salomon Hirzel with the help of 350 cadet officers .

When the wild crowd from the countryside arrived at the Münsterplatz – as the city walls had been demolished , they could not be prevented from entering the city – they clashed with the government troops. Suddenly shots were fired  and the situation escalated. The infantrymen opened fire and the dragoons  cleared the square.  Fourteen putschists remained dead on the square.  Government councilor Johannes Hegetschweiler, who actually wanted to  deliver the order to stop firing, also died .

As a result of the skirmish , the government council of the canton of Zurich was effectively dissolved because it no longer knew how to deal with the situation . At that moment Colonel Paul Carl Eduard Ziegler , the  president of the municipality , took the initiative and formed a new, conservative one Government in the form of a Provisional Council of State . This consisted of four members of the fallen government and  three new members from the circle of the opposition, including its leader, Hans Jakob Hürlimann – Landis . A threatening intervention by other radical   liberal cantons or the new government tried to avert this by guaranteeing the  continued existence of the constitution of 1831. However, the other cantons of Switzerland were far too divided anyway for an armed intervention in Zurich to have been possible .

The State Council let on September 9 1839, in a tumultuous session,  unconstitutionally  decided to dissolve the Grand Council of the Canton of Zurich and called for new elections . The new , conservative  Grand Council , which according to the election call did not leave. However , the “September regime ” did not last long . As early as 1845 the Liberals took over  again power in Zurich.

Traveling at his own expense but with the protection and authority to he learned from European models at Paris, Germany, and Prussia. (Yes, he was in the same countries as Howe at the same time, doing similar work. Howe is said to have to these places to learn from surgery and medical schools, Mann is said to have been there studying the schools themselves and the system as a whole.) He was also brother-in-law to Hawthorne and good friends with Sam Howe. Mann was Howes contact in the state house and was responsible for funds granted to Howe for his blind school/spy academy. I tried to keep my distance from Clarke but since he beat out Howe for the deaf market, I feel we need some explanation. The most popular answer you’ll find on our dumbed down and censored internet is that he was a generous philanthropist, that he left grant money to be used for education in his will. Scrolling down the wiki page we see he was born in 1609 and immigrated to New England in the early 1630’s. He is listed as a Baptist minister and founded the colony of Rhode Island. In those days religious authority was the only authority. The separation of church and state is an illusion, the state becomes the church. 

Clarke is a very popular name. Most of Geni has two separate John Clarkes that were from the same year and location, both have a brother named Thomas Clark. TC was the pilot for The Mayflower. Yeah, that one. Whether our James is brothers with the pilot I can’t be for sure but it is quite plausible. Sarah Fuller, who got her start at Clarke school also had a direct descendant on the Mayflower. How many ‘coincidences’ have we seen so far where the relatives of the same families are still in bed together pulling off these world changing events centuries apart? At 350 years old Americas oldest educational trust was left for “for the education of children from time to time, forever.’’ The Prussian system had yet to be developed but this would ensure when the chosen method had arrived this foundational step was already in place. The money would always be available for whatever indoctrination program chosen to be used at the state’s discretion. That it is overseen by bank of America is convenient. The money is illusionary anyway, they can print as much as they need and who’s going to challenge it? BoA gets credit for being charitable, it’s a win-win. 

 His story says Clarke school was founded in 1867 by Brahmin family Gardiner Hubbard (L. Ron scientology?) after a childhood illness made their daughter Mabel blind, they used trust fund monies to start the first oralist school.  

As it turns out these Hubbard’s are related to L. Ron through adoption claim todays descendent. That would support my claim that these Inheritor class ‘dead babies’ are not dead at all but are just relocated and spring back up in history under a new name and background.  The part I found most curious is they are directly related to Elizabeth Hubbard, yet again connecting us to the Salem Witch Project. Elizabeth was one of the girls starting the initial accusations. 

Rogers graduated from Prussian ‘normal’ school in 1851 and took work in several schools till ‘63 when she took her first deaf student for private instruction… so we are told. In 1866 she and a Mary S. Byam founded an oralist school for the deaf simply called Chelmsford School. Later in ‘67 the school was moved to Northampton and renamed Clarke school for the Deaf. Rogers was taken as the first principal and AGB first came on as teacher in ‘71.  

Find-a-grave listing also gives us Gardner Hubbard’s mother was a… wait for it… Perkins. That’s right. Due to centuries of inbreeding Joanna Hubbard was also niece of slaver/opium druglord Thomas. Not some distant relation either. I mean like he was her father’s brother… That would also mean she is connected to the Salem Show twice over since we already established Perkins was connected through Mary Bradbury who was sentenced to death as a witch but somehow managed to avoid execution. So, Perkins school for blind is connected to Clarke school for deaf, just not in the way you’d be led to think.
